The HPC SIGMA Profile developed by Kaeser Compressors in 1975 set new standards of performance and saved up to 15% in energy consumption compared with conventional rotor profiles. Since then, the SIGMA Profile has evolved further and new airends have been developed that optimise compressed air output to the total power consumed (specific power).

Energy costs taken over the lifetime of any compressor add up to many times that of the initial capital cost, which can make any purchase price difference a false economy. Efficiency and reliability are vital in the production of compressed air and HPC achieve these objectives with quality, durable components that are built to last.

We offer HPC compressors from 7.5 Bar and 11.1 cfm up to 13 bar and 2122 cfm. We also offer frequency controller options and basic controllers with the HPC compressors. High efficiency CEMEP EFF1/WIMES motors consume less power for greater output and are standard throughout the range of HPC compressors.  EFF1/WIMES motors meet or exceed the energy efficiency criteria required to be eligible for Enhanced Capital Allowances (ECA's). For example under the program if you buy a 17kW HPC compressor you will get an immediate tax allowance of £3000. Also the Carbon Trust gives interest free loans on the purchases of energy saving equipment.
